Constant bending, crouching, and heavy lifting can put seniors at serious risks of falls, broken bones, heart attacks and strokes. A neighbour in your community needs your help. Volunteer with GFLS 55+ to help our seniors this year with their Spring clean-up. Opportunities for families, individuals, businesses, churches, community centers, and youth. Thanks to our volunteers and the generous spirit of our community, we have donated to over 40 Compassionate Food Access Agencies in Calgary, with 95% of our recipients being women and children.
