ART SPOT is a non-profit artist/volunteer run organization that has been a home to emerging artists since 2008. Most known for the notorious “Under $100 Art Show”; which, in it’s 14th year of operation, featured over 200 local artists and brought out over 4000 attendees, and with over 100 art events under it's belt, ART SPOT is an integral part of the Calgary art scene.

We deliver these services through a dynamic multi-cultural, multi-denominational and multi-disciplinary team of professionals, who collectively speak over 60 languages.
Students for the Exploration and Development of Space (SEDS-Canada) is a student-run, non-profit re-established in late 2014.
Our mission is to strengthen Canada’s future in space by providing post-secondary students with unique projects, research programs, and professional development opportunities in the Canadian governmental, industrial, and institutional space sectors.
StoryBook Theatre is Canada's largest volunteer-driven Theatres for Young Audiences and families. In our almost 46 years of serving Calgary, we have fostered the love and passion for theatre arts in over one million people. Each season we bring together some of the industries brightest emerging talents both on and off the stage to create some incredibly accessible theatre for the whole family.
We bring stories to life in a way that encourages children and their families to dream about who they are and may become, to explore the story from different perspectives, to think using inductive reasoning, and to connect to other people and ideas.

As part of Optimist International, the Optimist Club of Calgary is committed to youth development activities and programming in the City of Calgary and the surrounding area.
Since our club was chartered in 1938, our club has focused on the following areas:
Education –school programming related to skills development, the fine arts, public speaking, essay writing, and scholarships (i.e. Mount Royal University, SAIT, Calgary Foundation).
Health – mental and physical health, obesity, addictions, and bullying.
Community – community programming related to skills development, picnics, and family days.
Sports – junior curling, junior golf, disabled skiing.

We work to provide access to a spectrum of care that supports each person’s transition to the most independent living situation possible—including emergency shelter, programs and services, and affordable and supported housing.

Hakili Community for Sustainable Development is a non-profit organization born in Calgary in 2016. We work within our communities to tackle the complex problem of poverty in Canada but also all around the world. We want to address intergenerational poverty and identify creative and sustainable strategies to eradicate the problem.
