Earth Rangers is an environmental non-profit that empowers youth to take action for the environment. Our ER Teens program offers an opportunity for young Canadians aged 13-18 to take initiative for environmental causes they care about, such as wildlife conservation, climate change, sustainability, and more. By working remotely with staff, teens volunteer their time to complete an eco-action project of their choice; at home, at school, in their community, or online. Our flexible program ensures that teens can work at their own pace, while having the support and resources they need to make a positive impact.
The Canadian Pride Historical Society (CPHS) is a non-profit organization with the goal of documenting the Pride Movement in Canada. The CPHS’s vision is to inspire conversations about the future of the Pride Movement in Canada as we share the stories of our past. Our goal is to:
Record and preserve the history of the Pride Movement in Canada so that future generations can understand why we have Pride, and
Provide education resources through digital and physical exhibits on the history of the Pride Movement in Canada.
Primary immunodeficiency disorders are very rare and misunderstood. That means people with chronic illness and exhaustion often go undiagnosed for years. Life with PI can be isolating and lonely, but we are not alone.
ImmUnity Canada is a not-for-profit charitable organization that provides a community for people and families impacted by primary immunodeficiency. We advocate for education, research, and support for PI patients. Together, we can give all Canadians with PI access to the resources they need to thrive.
ImmUnity Canada was founded in 1997 as the Canadian Immunodeficiency Patient Organization. We changed our name in 2022 to better reflect the work we do today!
The HOPE Initiative Foundation is a registered Canadian charity that increases student access to education and leadership opportunities. HOPE exists as a platform to inspire innovative solutions to broken systems. Whether providing short-term relief, or building long-term systems, we believe that the best answers are global in concept, local in execution, and limitless in their ability to create and inspire change. We have numerous university specific HOPE branches that focus on creating tangible change in the local area. We also host a program, called HOPE for Community, that was created to connect students with organizations who need enthusiastic volunteers.

We’ve provided more than 300,000 children and young adults born with cleft lip, cleft palate and other facial differences with free life-changing surgical procedures and dental care. We train doctors and local medical professionals, donate medical equipment and supplies and provide year-round medical treatments through a network of comprehensive care centres. Operation Smile Canada was established in 2011 and became a registered charity in 2012.
ClimateScience aims to empower people to make real long-term solutions to climate change actionable through climate education. We hope our way of covering solutions makes people excited to contribute to clean energy, sustainable agriculture, and other global-scale sustainability issues – beyond reusing their plastic bags. The MS Society provides services to people with multiple sclerosis and their families and funds research to find the cause and cure for this disease. We have a membership of over 7,000 and are the only national voluntary organization in Canada that supports both MS research and services.
Roots of Empathy's mission is to build caring, peaceful and civil societies through the development of empathy in children and adults. Our vision is to change the world, child by child.
ROE offers empathy-based programs in schools and childcare centres. We train volunteer instructors to deliver an age appropriate curriculum and invite community families into classrooms to demonstrate the power of a secure attachment relationship between infant and parent – the first and most powerful model of empathy.
