As we expand our organization and incorporate, we are focused on building a strong and effective leadership team to drive our mission forward. Role DescriptionWe are currently seeking volunteer Board Members to join our team and play an essential role in guiding DEFEND’s strategic direction and maintaining our mission. Board Members will meet once per month via Zoom (approximately one hour per session) and will work closely with our Committee and executive staff/volunteer Volunteers (who are running the corporation on a day-to-day basis) to oversee organizational policies, financial decisions, and overall mission alignment.
