To provide a welcoming experience for residents and visitors and give a positive first impression of the BSF Heart Home Network Centre • Greet residents and visitors in a friendly and professional manner • Ensure policy, procedures and safety standards for a secure building are met • Answering the phone, monitoring security cameras and organizing lobby • Assisting residents with donation items, building access and general inquiries Comfortable working in a culturally diverse environment and interacting with clients who are high-needs and has English as a second language • Comfortable answering phones and have basic computer skills Minimum 2-hour shift weekly for 3 months • Shifts available Mon-Fri from 11 :30AM – 1:30PM
