SECA enhances the lives of residents by encouraging neighbourliness, a sense of belonging and community pride.
SECA is a members-based, volunteer-driven organization, incorporated as a Society in Alberta. We host a variety of annual and pop-up events as well as quality outdoor children’s programs. Our network of eight Little Free Libraries is a much-loved amenity and we are embarking on a placemaking project to further enhance our parks and pathways.
