In conjunction with StressLess Week, Dec. 5-9, 2016, Nickle Galleries presents: Oud Recital in the Nickle Galleries with Mehdi Pouragha. Daily recitals from 12 to 1 p.m. Popular across the Middle East and North Africa, the oud produces rich resonating tones that are deeply soothing. Take a study break surrounded by art and music. Mehdi Pouragha is a postdoctoral scholar in civil engineering with the Schulich School of Engineering as well as an oud maestro.
