Self Awareness and Leadership with Kristan Nielson

When life seems busy, especially as a student, it can be difficult to pause and reflect on one’s values, goals and self. Join us at the Women’s Resource Centre for a training that gives an opportunity to slow down, reflect, and energize.

Kristan Nielson is a leadership development expert with over a decade of experience. She has worked with over 4000 leaders in such sectors as oil and gas, mining, government, non-profit, professional services, education, broadcasting, telecommunications, banking, health services, and construction and engineering. She is a certified coach and provided over 7000 hours of leadership development training and coaching. Kristan inspires others to be catalysts of positive change and leads by example. She creates a dynamic learning environment by encouraging participants to play an active role in discovering, applying, practicing and personalizing learning concepts. She asks the hard questions, challenges the status quo and develops great leaders.
