Graduates of this program will be qualified to move into a variety of challenging roles within the organization. Although programmed for 2-3 years, training may be extended or reduced based on the trainee?s experience and ability to learn. Each trainee will be exposed to field discipline service lines, or will participate in rotational functional training combined with leadership training in the first 2 years; once this has been completed the trainee and manager will choose an area of concentration to focus on for the last part of training. At the beginning of the final year focused training will begin.
