Join us in the Women’s Resource Centre to increase mental health awareness and reduce the discrimination and stigma associated with mental health issues. Explore your inner creativity and experience the benefits of art therapy. Increase your self-awareness by communicating through imagery. This session will be led by Marilyn Magnuson, A Registered Canadian Art Therapist (RCAT) from Express Yourself Child & Family Art Therapy.
