Take a photographic journey down the Thelon River in the North West Territories as it was 15 years ago. One of the best wildlife rivers, paddlers travel through some of the most beautiful tundra landscape around. This includes the Thelon Game Sanctuary where you’ll most likely get a chance to see muskoxen and large herds of caribou. The canoe tripping guide who is presenting will feature the section between the Hanbury River and Beverly Lake. This presentation is free and there is no need to register. Just show up early to get a good seat.

Location:

Kinesiology B Bldg – Room 132

Speaker:

Angela Harder, Outdoor Centre Paddling Programs Coordinator/Guide
