Hockey Calgary (Hockey Calgary Board of Directors – Director at Large)

We are seeking to add new Board members to our team in the position of Director at Large. Expertise in the areas of Finance, Information Technology, and Marketing would be beneficial.   Our Directors are expected to play an active role on the Board of Hockey Calgary including regular attendance at all scheduled Board meetings and involvement in at least one of the standing committees of the Board (Audit and Finance, Governance and Nominations, Safety, Strategic Planning). Directors are encouraged to support the various initiatives organized by the Hockey Calgary office (Leadership day, Esso Minor Hockey Week, Volunteer recognition events, Golf Tournament) and provide representation at various provincial meetings (Hockey Alberta AGM).   If elected to the board all candidates will be subject to a criminal record check as part of the Hockey Calgary safety protocols.   Hockey Calgary strives to ensure a balance of expertise, experience, and diversity on our Board of Directors.
