East Town is unique in the way it brings together and celebrates Calgary’s thriving independent music scene with the dynamic (and delicious) international flavor of 17th Avenue SE. East Town Get Down happens along a six-blocks of International Avenue and area. Inspired by festivals like SXSW, you’ll find performances in a fun range of intimate and unlikely venues including small ethnic bistros, a bowling alley, and beautiful Unity Park. Event is in partnership with International Avenue Arts & Culture Community.
