“UC IDOL HOLLYWOOD” is the 8th iteration of the Health Science Centre’s entertainment epic! Sponsored by the Cumming School of Medicine and Southern Alberta Cancer Research Institute, UC Idol’s purpose is to raise money for the Canadian Cancer Society, build community spirit, and entertain YOU! We want to invite you, your family, and your friends to this all inclusive entertainment and night-out package! Included is singing entertainment by students, professor judges, electronic voting where YOU decide who is your favourite performer via electronic cell phone voting, a chance to win free prizes, a psychological illusionist performance, a Bollywood dance performance, a free vietnamese sub to enjoy, a preshow reception with a live band, and a post-show DJ dance party!
