The teams have been responsible for training, documentation, on-boarding and providing world class support to students and instructors using Top Hat.Jane Mai was born and raised in Toronto, Canada where she graduated from the University of Toronto with a degree in Chemical Engineering. She spent a few years in the engineering world designing water treatment systems and has now taken on the role of Account Manager with Top Hat and now is changing historical pedagogies and bringing them to the 21st century one Professor, one Institution at a time!
