Sexual and Gender Wellness Week

Back for the third year in a row, Sexual and Gender Wellness Week is happening on campus from February 3rd to 7th, 2014. Sexual and Gender Wellness Week aims to provide honest, open and correct information on sex and sexuality, while encouraging students to ask questions and explore these topics in a safe environment. This event is hosted in partnership by the SU Wellness Centre, the Student’s Union, the Q (the SU Centre for Sexual and Gender Diversity) and the Women’s Resource Centre. The week’s events will cater to all students, with many opportunities to get involved, have fun, and hopefully learn something too. Some highlights include “Ghosts of Gender Past”, a sharing of one individual’s transformation from being female to male, “Intro to Kink and BDSM” and “Feminist Porn”.
