The University of Calgary New Music Ensemble explores and performs ensemble performance of 20th and 21st century music including chamber music, improvisation, and innovative instrumental performance practice in combination with electronic processing and electronic/laptop performance. Participation in weekly rehearsals and a public performance of prepared works at the conclusion of each semester are required. This performance is FREE.
