Free confidential health checks! Students, faculty and staff are invited to drop in and participate in a free health check-up. Nov. 28, 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Main Campus, and Dec. 2, noon – 2 p.m. Foothills Campus. Topics for this health check include stress management, activity, sleep, and nutrition. You will have the opportunity to have a one-on-one health interview from a UCalgary nursing student (supervised by a nursing instructor), with a focus on health coaching and goal setting.
