The Latin American Research Centre and the Consulate of Colombia present La Sirga (The Towrope), by acclaimed director William Vega. The film portrays the life of 19-year-old Alicia set amid the violent conflict in marginalized communities in Colombia. In Spanish with English subtitles. This event is FREE and OPEN to the public.
