Eating Disorders Awareness Week: Speaker Panel

This week is National Eating Disorders Awareness Week in Canada, and in honour of that, the Wellness and Health Awareness Team is hosting a speaker panel on Thursday, February 6th, from 1:30-3:00pm in the Loft (4th floor Mac Hall). There are two courageous women coming to speak about their experiences living with an eating disorder, as well as a clinician who specializes in treating EDs. If you are interested in learning more, you’re encouraged to come out, though keep in mind that shared circumstances do not necessarily mean shared experiences or perspectives, and these women will be speaking to THEIR experiences, not to the experience of all persons dealing with eating disorders.
