Due North: Next Generation Arctic Research and Leadership Conference is hosting several pre-conference workshops on Wednesday, November 4th and Thursday, November 5th. Most workshops will take place in the Taylor Family Digital Library (TFDL) room 403/405. Engaging Anthropology in the Arctic as a Young Fieldworker This seminar-style workshop will discuss experiences in the field from the perspective of young anthropologists. Attendees will be encouraged to participate by sharing thoughts and ideas relating to the presented material, as well as share their own experiences. Nothing is required but an open mind.
