Art and Meditation at the Nickle

Find relief from papers, labs, and exams with Chelsea Rushton, who will guide body-focused meditations in the Nickle Galleries. Take some time after the meditation to contemplate evocative woks by internationally renowned artists Ron Moppett and John Chalke, and transition back into the world feeling calm, grounded, and ready to take on your tasks. Rushton is a Rozsa Foundation Gallery Intern, a recent U of C MFA graduate, and an International Registered Yoga Teacher. Her research focuses on art, ritual, and spiritual experiences. Admission is free and all are welcome! Yoga blocks provided.
