Intimate partner violence, including dating violence is a significant problem for university students. Students are in the age group that experience the most violence and the most severe forms of violence. Peer facilitated dating violence projects help students to talk about healthy and unhealthy relationships, the bystander response, and the influence of gender and media on violence. This presentation will provide participants the opportunity to experience a few of the exercises included in a violence prevention weekend.
