Join us as we make sandwiches for the Calgary Drop-In Centre. Sandwich making will happen from 11:00-4:00pm, with a discussion following about what “service” means to many religious communities. Mitzvah means: Hebrew for commandment, good deed done or act of human kindness is a foundational tenant to the Jewish faith. Mitzvah Day is hosted in partnership with Calgary Hillel, the Centre for Community Engaged Learning and International Student Services.
