From 2014-2016, the Stann Creek Regional Archaeology Project (SCRAP) has conducted archaeological reconnaissance and testing at the ancient Maya site of Alabama, nestled against the Maya Mountains of east-central Belize. Dr. Meaghan Peuramaki-Brown, LARC Fellow (Athabasca University) will discuss this project’s current findings and preliminary results. This event is free and open to the public.
