About Us

The Hearthstone Project is a youth-led community initiative based in Calgary, Alberta, created by high school students who want to bring people together through creativity, community engagement, and service.

We organize free community projects and events that encourage people of different ages and backgrounds to connect, create, and support one another.

Our current project, The Open Door Project, is a free, all-ages community art workshop exploring identity, culture, belonging, and community through creative expression and a collaborative community zine.

We welcome volunteers who want to help create inclusive, accessible, and positive experiences within our community.
