The Western Canada Peer Training Society (WCPTS) is dedicated to fostering peer support communities that inspire hope, enhance resilience, and promote well-being. Through specialized training and mentorship, WCPTS equips individuals with lived experience to support others, creating inclusive and supportive environments. The organization also offers practicum placements, mentorship, and monthly community practice sessions, providing ongoing growth opportunities for peer supporters.
YRES is a Charitable Not-for-Profit Organization that uses the help of community partners in order to carry out a variety of ever-expanding Educational Services. Our volunteers come from diverse cultural backgrounds and ethnicities. YRES has many opportunities for volunteers as we are always expanding our programs.
