World Darwin Day – Darwin in the Pub

The Secular Humanist Liaisons at the Faith & Spirituality Centre and the Freethinkers invite you to celebrate Darwin Day! The Department of Biological Sciences is holding two free talks, open to the public and on a first-come basis. From noon to 1:00 pm, in Biological Sciences 211, Dr. Jeremy Fox will present “A Guided Tour Through On the Origin of Species,” and at 4:30 pm, in Murray Fraser Hall 162, Dr. Graham Bell will discuss “The Contribution of Darwin to Darwinism.” Join us between these talks for some great food, beverages, and of course conversation! The event is led by the Secular Humanist Liaisons at the Faith & Spirituality Centre and the Freethinkers in partnership with the Faith & Spirituality Centre
