The Inquiring Mind – February

The Inquiring Mind is a free three hour training for students aimed at increasing practical knowledge of mental health and illness. You will learn to recognize the signs and indicators of mental illness in yourself and others, reduce negative stigma, and improve your own resiliency. Additionally, the training aims at creating a supportive environment, strengthening the campus culture, and contributing to a healthy campus.
