Have you ever been in a situation where someone approached you with a problem or crisis and you were wondering what you should do next? In this 1.5 hour workshop from the Community Helpers Program, participants will explore and strengthen their helping skills and will learn a six-step tool that can be used to help others who are experiencing a problem or are in distress.
