Fact is always stranger than fiction, especially when explaining the universe through physics. Join us to explore other worlds both small and large that have captured our imagination and serve as a muse to science fiction writers. In the sky – the mighty Hercules is the western sky along with Mars and Saturn. Visitors will have the opportunity to look through the RAO’s array of telescopes (weather permitting), with astronomers from the University of Calgary and members of the Royal Astronomical Society on hand to answer questions.
