What is the difference between “transgender” and “transsexual”? Can you use the word “queer” to talk about people and theory and texts? Why does LGBTQIA+ have so many letters? What does the “A” even stand for? Join us to discuss all this and more at “The ABCs of LGBTQ,” a panel that will include a discussion of language and terminology, how to talk about queer topics, a debunking of common myths, and an introduction to queer theory.
