The Latin American Research Centre will be hosting a screening of the award-winning Peruvian film La Teta Asustada (The Milk of Sorrow) by Claudia Llosa. The film depicts the impact of sexualized violence on women in contemporary Peru, focusing on the internal armed conflict period between 1980-1992. This event is FREE and OPEN to the public.
