Two professors from the University of Calgary discuss Christian approaches to wealth. Dr. Douglas Shantz will consider perspectives from the Reformation, English Puritanism, and German Pietism; Dr. David Dick will consider issues relating to the philosophy of money raised by the prosperity gospel. Their presentations will be followed by questions. The event is open to the public and free of charge.

Dr. Douglas Shantz (PhD University of Waterloo) holds the Chair of Christian Thought at the University of Calgary. Dr. David Dick (PhD University of Michigan) is an Assistant Professor of Philosophy and Fellow in the Haskayne School of Business’s Canadian Centre for Advanced Leadership in Business.
