Join us in the Calgary Stampede Parade

Our UCalgary float will be making its way along the parade route flanked by students, faculty, staff and other UCalgary volunteers loudly yee-hawing and ya-hooing during the popular Calgary Stampede Parade from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the city’s downtown core. The float entry celebrates the university’s 50th Anniversary and encourages all participants of the community to “dream big” and “unleash your potential.” Don’t miss this opportunity to cheer loudly and show your university pride. And when you spot Rex during the Parade Prelude, snap a photo and share on social media using the hashtag #RodeoRex and #ucalgary50.
