Tom’s research focuses on optimizing team effectiveness, especially in light of society’s increasing reliance on electronic communication technologies to share information, solve problems, and make decisions. In this forum, Tom will be discussing team dynamics and peer feedback models, assessments, and a software platform that instructors can use in their classes to support teamwork.
