Date: Thursdays, February 25 – April 7, 2016 Time: 3:30pm – 5:00pm Who: All students After registering, you will be contacted by program coordinator to schedule a brief (15 min) pre-screening discussion with a counsellor to ensure program fit. Happiness Basics is a 7 week program that empowers you to live a happier life. Each week you will learn new skills to improve your happiness. We will challenge you to try them out during the week and you will discover skills that you find work the best for you. This group is action based and requires participation in and out of class for your success. This workshop, which was initially developed by Red Deer Primary Care Network, has been shown to improve: Mood Vitality and energy Mental and physical health Note: This group is not recommended for people who are experiencing severe anxiety, depression or suicidal thoughts, or are in the midst of a serious personal crisis.
