The University of Calgary will be attempting to break the Guinness World Record for the most sexual health screenings done in 24 hours (single venue) by offering the first ever mass sexually transmitted infection (STI) testing event in Calgary. This event is being hosted by the SU Wellness Centre in partnership with the Students’ Union on Thursday, April 3rd, 2014 from 12:00pm to 5:00pm. Students will be encouraged to get tested for two common STIs (chlamydia and gonorrhea) and participate in many fun activities including a carnival, live music, refreshments, games and more!
