United Way Fundraiser – A Night of Spirits and Talents

Live performances of music, dance, poetry, and short films by the very talented folks in the LLC Department, accompanied by a selection of excellent Irish whiskeys, and wine by the glass, partnered with delicious finger foods. Ok, with an introduction like that, how can you not come out to this event? Need more incentive? Fine! The proceeds will be going to the United Way and will be invested back into charities that benefit the Calgary and area communities. This year, organizers Svitlana Filonik and Una Chow are going to out-do the high standard they set for themselves at last year’s inaugural event. Tickets are $10 (entrance) and $15 for access to the whiskey tasting portion of the evening with wine to be sold by the glass. Come out for a great time, and support a great cause.
