Every year TELUS Spark Science Centre hosts a Halloween event for children (and adults) with various activities. For the third year, the University of Calgary NSERC CREATE Host-Parasite Interactions Program (consisting of Graduate students and Post-docs and Faculty from three Faculties: http://www.ucalgary.ca/hpi ) will host an interactive display “A Peek at Parasites”. Guests will get a close look at a parasitic worm, check out some specimens and ask scientists all of their questions about the fascinating world of parasites.
