Inclusion in the Workplace: Indigenous Employer Panel & Reception Connect with employers who are passionate about recruiting, empowering, and retaining indigenous employees. Panel discussion will include topics such as: indigenous recruitment strategies, policies and support systems for indigenous employees, and how to create an inclusive workplace culture that empowers all employees to be their true, authentic selves. Panellists and attendees are invited to stay for a post-panel reception. The panel features representatives from: CN, ConocoPhillips, and Shell Canada. Additional organizations will be in attendance for the reception portion of the event.
